All interactions within our virtual ecosystems—including Nordic Lake Quest and Polar Pier Fishing—are governed by the strict parameters outlined in this dossier to ensure a fair and technical winter fishing game experience for all explorers.
Social Casino Boundaries

High-fidelity mobile fishing requires compatible hardware. Reknew Accelerators does not guarantee simulation stability on sub-optimal devices or unstable network connections during deep-sea expeditions.

Proprietary Assets
All digital environments, including Ice Hole Hunter and Nordic Lake Quest models, are the exclusive property of Reknew Accelerators. Unauthorized extraction of glacial terrain assets is prohibited.
User Content License
Strategic screenshots or data logs shared from the fishing world grant Reknew Accelerators a royalty-free right to use such content for simulation optimization and community showcases.
Liability Limitation
Reknew Accelerators is not liable for indirect losses, data interruptions during arctic fishing tournaments, or any atmospheric disturbance within the online fishing interface.
Standard Operating Procedures
Account Provisioning
To engage with the Frozen Fjord Expeditions or Arctic Reel Master, users must establish an authentication profile. You are solely responsible for safeguarding these digital coordinates. Reknew Accelerators maintains the right to deactivate any station that shows patterns of illicit automation or unauthorized access attempts.
Virtual Equipment Acquisitions
Any virtual gear acquired—such as thermal lures or reinforced ice rods—within the fishing world is a non-transferable right to use within Reknew Accelerators' ecosystems. These do not constitute personal property. We reserve the right to modify gear efficiency, environmental physics, and fish species distribution to maintain simulation equilibrium.
Termination of Expedition
Reknew Accelerators reserves the right to terminate your access to our online fishing services at any time, without prior notice, should you breach these terms or engage in conduct detrimental to the community of explorers.
Governing Latitude
These terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal challenge arising from your use of the arctic fishing simulations shall be resolved in the competent courts of Kuala Lumpur.
